List of Neighbours characters introduced in 2025
Neighbours is an Australian television soap opera. It was first broadcast on 18 March 1985 and airs on streaming channel Amazon Freevee. The following is a list of characters that first appear in the show in 2025, by order of first appearance. All characters are introduced by the show's executive producer Jason Herbison.
Taye
[edit]Taye, played by Lakota Johnson was announced on 14 October 2024 via the official Neighbours Instagram account. The account released a promotional photograph of Johnson on set. Johnson was hired as a regular cast member and Taye was revealed to be a relative of the Varga-Murphy family. Teasing the character's introduction, a publicist stated "Taye is sure to break some rules (and some hearts) on Ramsay Street."[1]
Fallon Morell
[edit]Fallon Morell, played by Kate Connick, will make her first appearance in early 2025.[2] The character and Connick's casting details were announced on 28 October 2024.[3] She has joined the cast in a guest capacity.[3] Fallon was confirmed to be the sister of an established character.[3] The show's social media accounts teased her arrival, saying she would "wreak havoc on Erinsborough" and cause trouble for many of its residents.[3]
