@Levivien: Hello again, Levivien. As promised at the Articles for Creation Help Desk, I'm commenting here on the draft. I've already done a quick clean-up of the draft to bring it more in line with the standards used here on Wikipedia. But there's still more work to be done.

1. You were using a large number of in-article external links. These are links that appear inside the main text of the article, but that take the reader outside of Wikipedia. Except in special circumstances (which don't apply here), these links are not permitted. I moved the first one -- the one that had the subject's player profile -- to an External Links section at the bottom of the draft. Most of the others appeared to serve only to allow readers to learn more about the person or organization being linked. But that's not a permissible use of in-article external links and I've removed them. If the person or subject doesn't have an article on the English-language Wikipedia that can be "Wiki-linked", then the name is simply left unlinked. If it has an article on another language's Wikipedia, there are ways to link to them. Let me know if that's the case and I'll be happy to help with that.
2. I left a few in-article external links in place, because I though it possible that they were intended to back up a statement in the text. If that's what is actually happening, then the link should be converted into a footnote reference. I re-formatted the one footnote reference that you had in the text, which you can use as an example if you need to create more footnote references.
3. The major problem here is that virtually all of the biographical detail is unsourced. This is a serious problem -- anything that can't be reliably sourced will have to be removed. And in its current state, that would mean the removal of virtually the entire draft. Some of the basic material might be sourceable to the Elite Prospects website (assuming it's a reliable source, on which I have no opinion). But that website doesn't come close to sourcing most of the detail that you've given here and some additional sourcing will be needed.
4. A few less serious problems -- First, we refer to people by their surnames, so references to the subject should be to "Szekely", not "Csaba". And second, the draft shouldn't go into detail about other people. I noticed a paragraph about Williamson that doesn't serve any purpose here. If I missed any others, they should be removed, as well.

P.S. I neglected to mention one other point -- reviewers are going to ask whether the subject meets any of the notability guidelines for athletes. The relevant guideline here will be WP:NHOCKEY. Thank you! Yes the in-article external links were intended to back up a statement in the text, and verify what´s in the text. Unfortunately not all the important information is up at Wikipedia, in my opinion because we are small country and it is very hard for me to find even the National games, dates and participants. So it means I have some reliable sources, but others (outside of Hungary) might not know them. And it makes them unreliable. Yes, I wrote more about Glen Williams, to make it clear that Csaba Szekely is worth mention, he is wikipedia worthy, because he worked/works with so many excellent coaches, for instance Glen Williams, who worked with more then one NHL team. Szekely is also one of the coaches for the Hungarian National Team, and before that, he played in the National Team as a goalie.

So what would you do in my place to source the biographical details?

Pinging NewYorkActuary will only work when you sign your message with four tildes (~~~~). What makes sources reliable is not whether they're well-known but whether they're subject to editorial oversight and have a reputation for fact-checking and accuracy. Facebook and blogs fall short of that standard; newspapers or reputable magazines would make good sources. See WP:REFB on how to easily create nicely-formatted footnotes for your references. @Levivien: Nice work on addressing some of the concerns I noted above. I think there is still a bit more that can be done, as well as some general copy editing, but these are minor concerns that can be put off until later. Right now, I think you still need to demonstrate that the subject is notable under the guidelines of WP:NHOCKEY. Once you've decided the particular criterion that is satisfied, it will be possible to structure the article so as to highlight that aspect of his career. As for sourcing, Huon's advice is excellent -- the usefulness of a source will depend on whether people in the field consider it to be a reliable source. Wikipedia has a task force devoted to European hockey and I think this is probably the best place to ask for help in locating reliable sources. The task force is at bio=yes/European Ice Hockey task force (and, of course, you'll ask your question on the Talk page of that project). Good luck with it. Thank You :) I looked at WP:NHOCKEY guidelines, but since I don't want to highlight his career, I am not sure what criteria should I satisfy. He played in the National Team, but I want to highlight, that he is the goalie coach of one the teams in the Erste League, and in the national team. And I (thik) already validate it by the attaching the elite prospect page.
