Zensai is a global privately held software company based in Denmark, specializing in AI-driven talent management solutions.

The company integrates its products into Microsoft 365, Microsoft Co-Pilot and Microsoft Teams, offering tools for learning, engagement, and performance management under its "Human Success Platform."[1][2][3]

History

Zensai was originally founded as Elearningforce back in 2003 by Bjarne Mortensen and changed name to LMS365 in 2009 and formally rebranded became Zensai in 2023.

In 2022 Zensai expanded to Australia by the acquisition of Evergreen Digital.

The same year the company also completed the acquisition of Weekly10 for an undisclosed amount covered by Tech.eu's Kate Lawrence. [4]

The company originally started as an LMS vendor. Zensai today provides a range of tools to enhance employee learning, engagement, and performance.

In 2023 Zensai raised capital from Blue Cloud Ventures which was covered by Techcrunch journalist Paul Sawers, Tech.eu journalist Fiona Alston and Computerworld journalist Thomas Møgelbjerg.[5][6][7]

Awards and Recognition

The company was listed Financial Times (still under the brand LMS365), which included the company in its FT 1000 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies for 2024.

The company was also featured on Time Magazines Top 100 EdTech companies (still under the brand name of LMS365).

The company is also featured on analyst firm Fosway's Learning Management 9-grid by Senior Analyst Fiona Leteney as well as the Talent and People Success 9-grid by Chief Insight Officer David Perring.

The company was awarded Great Place to Work in 2023 and 2024

The company was also covered by Gartner Analyst Tori Paulman as a Cool Vendor.

The company won a Red Dot Award for the brand design in 2022 (still as LMS365)[8]
