UTTP (short for UTubeTrollPolice) is an abbreviation associated with online trolling campaigns that have mainly taken place on YouTube, as well as on Twitter and Discord. The UTTP's purported members have been observed leaving comments containing racist remarks, defending pedophilia, and doxing YouTubers. The UTTP's origins can be traced back to February 2011, when a user known online as Southparkstudiosable proclaimed the establishment of a group by that name.
In 2024, purported members of the UTTP began to harass YouTubers by leaving comments that primarily say something along the lines of "WHO ASKED + L + RATIO + UTTP IS BETTER THAN (YouTuber name)".
Many purported members who are active on Discord reportedly possess child pornography.
