History

TAG was founded in 2012 by Steven H. Nigro and Kieran D. Pinney, initially focusing on mergers and acquisitions and strategic consulting, primarily serving clients in North America.^[3] Over time, the firm expanded its services to include investment banking, particularly for clients in the middle-market financial services sector.^[4]^[5]
