Robert (Bob) Schnur is an American attorney and adjunct professor of law at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Education and Career
[edit]Schnur received his Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in 1960. In 1963, he received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.[1] Schnur is Of-Counsel to Michael Best & Friedrich, LLP, a Milwaukee-based law firm.[2] Schnur also currently serves as an adjunct professor, teaching tax subjects at the University of Wisconsin Law School. [2] He has been an adjunct professor at Wisconsin since 2012; he previously held the same position from 1998-2005.[1] From 2006-2012, he was a Visiting Adjunct Professor of Tax Law at Cornell Law School.[2]
Schnur is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association. He was chairman of the Wisconsin Tax Bar News between 1984 and 1990 and chairman of the Taxation Section between 1986 and 1988.[1]
