Lupin the IIIrd: The Movie is an upcoming 2025 Japanese anime film directed by Takeshi Koike from a screenplay by Yūya Takahashi, based on the Lupin the 3rd manga series by Monkey Punch, serving as the thirteenth Lupin the 3rd film.

Produced by TMS Entertainment and animated by Telecom Animation Film, the film will be released by Toho Next in Japan in 2025.

Production

The film alongside its staff was announced on November 29, 2025. The film is the first traditionally-animated Lupin the 3rd film in 30 years since 1996's Lupin the 3rd: Dead or Alive and will be a completely original work, set in Koike's Lupin the IIIrd universe.^[1]
