King Liang (/kɪŋ læŋ/[13][a]; born February 4, 1999), known online as Plainrock124, is an American YouTuber and vlogger. He is known for making tech destruction content, including destroying various household electronics in his videos. He has also gained notoriety on Twitter for being a self-described ragebaiter.
Personal life
[edit]King was born on 4 February 1999 in Yakima, Washington[14][15] to Cantonese immigrants.[citation needed] His family moved to Flagstaff, Arizona where he resided until in 2023 when he presumably moved to Las Vegas, Nevada.[16][17]
He attended Flagstaff High School and graduated in 2017. Afterwards, he burned his high school diploma.[18] King attended Coconino Community College for 2 weeks but subsequently dropped out to pursue YouTube full time.[19][20]
King has came out as asexual[21].
King voted for Donald Trump in the 2024 United States presidential election.[22]
Career
[edit]After King made videos destroying the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5, many news articles circulated a post on Facebook which took a frame of King's video out of context.[23][24][25][26][27][28][29][30]
King has been banned from Bluesky as a result of his actions on X.[31]
