E. Leon Thompson

Elishia Leon Thompson (c. 1916 – May 1990) was a policeman and state legislator in Arizona.[1] He lived in Phoenix.[2] He was a Democrat.[3][4]
He was born in Albuquerque and moved to Phoenix in 1926. He graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1942. Responding to a domestic disturbance call in 1957 he was stabbed. He and his wife Jane had two daughters and four sons. He was elected to the Arizona House of Representatives in 1962 after retiring as a police officer. He retired from office in 1982.[1]
