The 2025 Masters (known for sponsorship reasons as the 2025 Winmau World Masters) is a professional darts event that will take place at the Marshall Arena in Milton Keynes, England, from 30 January to 2 February 2025. It will be the 13th Masters to be organised by the Professional Darts Corporation, but will be the first time the tournament is ranked and using set play.[1][2]
Stephen Bunting is the defending champion after beating Michael van Gerwen 11–7 in the 2024 final.[3]
Qualifiers
[edit]The World Masters will feature the top 24 players in the PDC Order of Merit after the 2025 PDC World Darts Championship automatically qualifying for the first round, while the 2025 Tour Card Holders ranked outside the top 24 will play in a preliminary round held on 29 January 2025, alongside players from affiliated tours. The top sixteen players on the Order of Merit will be seeded for the tournament.[2][4]
