İstMarina is a shopping center and mixed-use complex developed by DAP Yapı [tr] and Emlak Konut GYO, located on the coast of the Kartal district in Istanbul, Turkey. It opened on 28 March 2018.

The comprehensive plan for the project encompasses the mall, residential towers, and a private school, all of which have been completed.[1] Additionally, the development of a marina and a hospital is currently underway.[1]

The mall features a "shopping on the sea" theme, offers a range of commercial spaces, and is situated along Istanbul's Asian coastline.[1]

The residential complex features 1,463 residential units and 258 independent commercial spaces.[2]

The İstMarina project has been recognized for its architectural and functional design, earning the title of "World's Best Property Development Project".[2][clarification needed]

The mall spans 70,000 square meters of leasable space across three floors, hosting approximately 200 stores. It is recognized as the largest shopping mall along the Anatolian coast of Istanbul.[2] It includes a parking facility with a capacity for 2,000 vehicles, as well as family-oriented spaces such as children’s play areas.[2]

  • Marina 3
  • S1 Tower
  • S2 Tower

The buildings 1,463 residential units and 258 independent commercial spaces in a variety of apartment layouts, ranging from studio apartments to 5+1 duplex lofts with sizes between 35m² and 709m².[2] With play areas and 3 open-air swimming pools and one covered swimming pool.
