Deformity is when a brother and sister have hot, forbidden sex. This leads to a baby that looks like sloth from the goonies. Usually, these incestral babies are as retarded as they look. They could have extra finger and stuff which is really dugusting. Sometimes they have big heads and shit. So don't have sex with siblings or your baby will look like sloth from the Goonies.
