Dead by Dawn is an independent Horror film festival in Edinburgh, Scotland. Established in 1993 by Adele Hartley, it is a festival showcasing mostly independent films.[1][2] Dead by Dawn is a former member of the European Fantastic Film Festivals Federation (EFFFF) and occurs once a year, usually in mid-April.[3] It is presented as "UK’s longest running genre film festival although there has been no festival since 2020."[4][5][6][7]
