Cristieana Cojocaru (later Matei, born 2 January 1962) is a retired Romanian runner who specialized in the 400 m hurdles and flat 800 m events. She won a bronze medal in the hurdles at the 1984 Olympics. In the 800 m she won the 1985 world indoor title and three medals at the European indoor championships in 1984–1986.[2]
