Comps is a restaurant and restaurant services.[1]

Until its reorganization. was a wholly owned subsidiary of Commercial Corp S.A.B. de C.V.[2] and indirectly controlled by a common shareholder, Carlos Slim.

On September 29, 2002, an affiliate of liquidation firm Gordon Brothers Group bought the company.Close all the restaurants Systemax purchased the Comps brand, 1 restaurant location and other company assets in September 29, 2002.[3]

The Company now operates restaurants in Puerto Rico and operates Comps.com, a restaurant web site and a dedicated catalog site for businesses.
