Meaning of this category
[edit]What does this category mean in relation to Category:Political theories? Isn't an ideology a theory in which people place their beliefs? I am trying to make better sense of the categories:
- Category:Forms of government
- Category:Political systems
- Category:Political theories
- Category:Political philosophy
I am concerned that the category designations may be unnecessarily complicated because of poor definition. Since this talk page did not exist, I am adding a "request for comment" since it was obviously not on anyone's watch list.
Thanks for the discussion. --Lmbstl (talk) 05:20, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- I agree. I would like to organize things generally under the Category:Theories. Invariably, whether or not there is a movement, a believer, or a system there is a theory. Pontiff Greg Bard (talk) 21:07, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
