Nogliki

its leaving out Nogliki a town of 10,729 people in 2002 and it already has a wikipedia artical 76.244.150.120 (talk) 20:24, 13 May 2011 (UTC)

Nogliki is not included because it is not a city/town, but an urban-type settlement. Urban-type settlements are included in Category:Urban-type settlements in Sakhalin Oblast, while rural localities can be found in Category:Rural localities in Sakhalin Oblast.
