Regarding User:Ilir pz, please read his comments in his own page User talk:Ilir pz. Pay attention to the mention of IP spoofing. I have been noticing a pattern of 3RR and then unsigned reverts going on in the Kosovo article.
Also pay attention to how both users are fond of using " :))))) " in their comments (See Special:Contributions/Ilir pz and compare with Special:Contributions/Mark ma).
There is also a possible link with 158.143.162.111 and similar IP addresses.
He or She has edited pages on Kosovo and the Balkans from an extreme PoV point, refused to allow alternate opinions, vandalized when he didn't get his way, and harassed anyone who disagree. Asterion 23:48, 19 March 2006 (UTC)
