It was confirmed that [[Fashion Star]] UK judge, singer and [[Reality Star]] Benn Zarin McCord would replace Brown on the panel. This is a massive shock as most Australians have no clue who McCord is [[Nine]] hope this will help launch his career. They've been critizied for choosing him as judge as he is 12 and is from the UK. It was confirmed he'll miss some of the beginning auditions

Template:Infobox reality music competition Australia's Got Talent is an Australian reality television show, based on the original UK series, to find new talent. The seventh series is due to air on the Nine Network from 2013.[1] Dawn French and Tim Omaji have been confirmed as new judges.[2] In addition, Kyle Sandilands will be the only returning judge.[3] It will be the first time the show has been hosted on another network, after it was axed by the Seven Network in October 2012.[4] The auditions take place from March—April 2013.[5]

Auditions

In December 2012, it was announced that the auditions would take place from March 2013.[1] There are various options for auditioning, such as attending the correct venue on the correct day with the questionnaire (which can be found on the website or completed on audition day), sending a DVD in with the act on it, or applying online.[5] The following list contains all of the cities, venues and dates of the auditions.

Changes

In October 2012, original host Grant Denyer confirmed he would not return to the show.[7] In November and December 2012, it was also confirmed that Dannii Minogue, Brian McFadden and Kyle Sandilands would all not return to the judging panel following the show's reboot.[8] Nine is looking for a 'fresh, new panel', ruling out original judge Minogue who has sat on the panel since the show's debut in 2007.[9] This will be the first series in the show's history to feature four judges.

On 17 March 2013, it was announced that former X Factor Australia panelist Melanie Brown would replace Dannii Minogue as a judge.[2] A day after, On 18 March 2013, it was announced that comedienne Dawn French would replace Brian McFadden on the panel.[10] On 19 March 2013, it was announced that former participant Tim Omaji, otherwise known as Timomatic, had signed up to the panel.[3] On March 20, it was announced that Kyle Sandilands will return to reprise his role on the panel.[3] Julia Morris will host the season.[11]
