These trials are illegal in the first place since the Communism collapsed in 1989,a simple request from the Romanian Government for returning the nationalized property would have been enough.So the property in this way, in the end, through these trials which never end, training in this way the whole Justice System linked with the State, various interested parties foreign or domestic, together with all the expenses which they hope one would not be able to pay, comes back to the state, or to various interested parties, former communist parties, which became now democrat, at least with the name.The Romanian Government claims that there is no more land to be returned ,yet thousands of Ha of land all over the country are illegally given as concession by the state to local authorities in property ,or foreign farmers(everywhere you ask around in Romania ,Olt County,Constanta County,etc.,"ah yes is full of French farmers in this village too"(!?)" or "yeah this land belongs now to certain political figure". |
