Operations
Activ Solar produces polysilicons at PJSC Semiconductor Plant, a subsidiary of Activ Solar located in Zaporozhye, Ukraine. The production of semiconductor materials at the original Zaporozhye Titan and Magnesium Plant dates back to 1935. The facility formed the foundation of PJSC Semiconductor Plant, which started producing semiconductor-grade silicon in 1964. The plant was also the only manufacturer of high-purity trichlorosilane in the Soviet Union.

Activ Solar develops finances and realizes large-scale solar energy projects. It has installed three solar parks with more than 120 MWp of installed capacity in the Crimea.

Together with Diamond Aircraft Industries Activ Solar owns a research and development join-venture.
