Aryna Sabalenka defeated Jessica Pegula in the final, 6–3, 7–5, to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2024 Cincinnati Open.[1] She did not lose a set en route to her sixth WTA 1000 title and 15th career WTA Tour title. Pegula was attempting to become the first woman to win both the Canadian Open and Cincinnati Open in the same season since Evonne Goolagong Cawley in 1973.[2] The two would play each other three weeks later, in the final of the US Open; Sabalenka would beat Pegula also in straight sets.[3]

Coco Gauff was the defending champion,[4] but lost in the second round[5] to Yulia Putintseva.
