Rear Admiral (lower half)

The name correction you made for the rank is not correct. The uniformed services has always had lower half in parenthesizes. It has never been a comma. The rank has also been established by statute. See 10 U.S.C. § 8111 and 37 U.S.C. § 201. Neovu79 (talk) 00:48, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This seems like a waste. What do they do with the upper half? EEng 02:18, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I'll answer this question on your talk page, as it is quite long. :) Neovu79 (talk) 03:19, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
