    Welcome to the Incidents noticeboard

This page is for reporting urgent incidents and chronic, intractable behavioral problems requiring the intervention of administrators and experienced editors.

    • Include diffs demonstrating the problem.
    • Before posting a grievance about a user here, please consider first discussing the issue on the user's talk page.
    • Do not report breaches of privacy on this highly visible page – instead email oversight-en-wp@wikimedia.org directly.
    • Closed discussions should not usually be archived for at least 24 hours. Routine matters might be archived more quickly; complex or controversial matters should remain longer.

Sections older than 72 hours archived by lowercase sigmabot III.

When you start a discussion about an editor, you must notify them on their user talk page.
The use of ping or the notification system is not sufficient for this purpose.

You may use {{subst:ANI-notice}} ~~~~ to do so.
