Personal Life

As of January 2014, he lives with his mother, sister, and two cats in a 960-square feet apartment somewhere in Northern Kentucky.

He joined Wikipedia around early 2007, though his contributions are somewhat rare. He is now an active Memrise user where he learns using his Memrise account on a regular basis.

Education

His high proficiency in English, despite speaking only Indonesian language at home, was mainly due to the fact that he had spent two years in Singapore after obtained a scholarship to pursue 'O'-level diploma in Anglo-Chinese School(Independent).

From March 1996 to October 1996, Atsuyama attended the Robert E. Lee elementary school in Richmond, Virginia, USA for his first grade. In July 1997, Atsuyama attended school in Don Bosco Primary School (which is located adjacent to the JIS) in Pondok Indah, South Jakarta, after his parents moved back to Indonesia in November 1996. He graduated from that school in June 2001, and attended Don Bosco Secondary School for his first year.

On 3 July 2002, his family moved to Denpasar when his father obtained a new job in a five-star hotel in the Sanur district of Bali. He attended Saint Joseph Secondary from July 2002 to December 2002 and Cipta Dharma Secondary from January 2003 to June 2004.

On 21 June 2004, he obtained a scholarship to study in one of the most prestigious schools in Singapore.

On 31 July 2004, his family moved back to Jakarta, where he studied nothing for around three months. Atsuyama had said that it was the most "freaking depression" he had ever had, and wished that his family still lived in Bali instead.

Atsuyama went to Singapore on 2 November 2004, where he attended Anglo-Chinese School (Independent). He graduated in October 2006, and went back to Jakarta on 23 November 2006.

In January 2011, Atsuyama started enrolling in Gateway Community and Technical College. Afterwards, he transferred to Northern Kentucky University, where he currently majors in Computer Science and International Studies

Language abilities

Atsuyama is fluent in three languages, namely Indonesian, English and Malay. He is often thought of as being a native speaker of English, which really upsets him since he has always loved and revered Indonesian as his first tongue. It furthermore prompted him to post a notice in his blog that he is a native speaker of Indonesian, not English.

Apart from those three languages, Atsuyama is proficient in French and has a grasp of basic Japanese.

Background and family

Atsuyama is the first child of his parents. His father, who has worked in numerous hotels and cruise ships in the tourism industry, is of mixed Portuguese (25 percent), Persian (25 percent), Chinese (25 percent), and Sangirese (25 percent) ancestry. His mother, who was born in Jakarta is of mixed Sundanese (50 percent) and Acehnese (50 percent) ancestry. This makes Atsuyama himself one quarter Sundanese, one quarter Acehnese, one-eighth Portuguese, one-eighth Persian, one-eighth Chinese, and one-eighth Sangirese.

Political Stance

Atsuyama has stated himself as a moderate-left moderate-libertarian, which explains his preference for the Democrat Party. He found out his political stance after doing a test in Facebook.

• The major editor of this page (who is, unsurprisingly, Atsuyama himself) seemed to be having the intention to make this page look so factual and up-to-date like a Wikipedia biography article, yet it is apparently heavily vandalised (by the same jerk Atsuyama) with deliberate humours dropped here and there to make it look like those tripes in Uncyclopedia. It is highly possible that this user page is a joint project between the two rivaling Wikia sites of Wikipedia and Uncyclopedia.
• He is allergic to prawn, Sate Padang, Melon, and Coffee.
• He prefers British English to American English in both speaking and writing. As he is naturally a speaker of the latter dialect, he likes to watch BBC World Programme and British movies to adapt himself to the pure accent.
• Apart from Japanese food, he also likes to eat Kebab, Fettuccini, Roti Prata, Pempek Palembang and Fish and Chips.^{[citation not needed]}
• He has a sheer interest in linguistics, Irish History and Nazism History. Despite his liking towards studying history of Nazism, he declines to be called a Nazi. ^{[the need for citation is still unknown]}
• He has recently taken up a new hobby of cycling.

• He writes poetry everytime an inspiration strikes him. His friends has called him a good poet.

• Though he loves fantasies such as Harry Potter, Chronicles of Narnia and Eragon, he never bothers to read or even watch The Lord of the Rings.

• Atsuyama currently uses a newly-bought computer based on Intel Core 2 Duo microprocessor, and OS Windows XP. With a RAM of 1 GB, he could have opted for an OS Windows Vista, but he chooses Windows XP instead as he mentioned that “Windows Vista f**king slows down computer!!!” ^{[citation may be needed one day...]}
• Despite being highly infamous among Wikipedians for having vandalised his own userpage, Atsuyama's account in Uncyclopedia is inactive and his own account in Wikipedia fortunately has escaped notice of the Wikipedian administrators. Therefore, he believes that he can be admitted into the Royal Wikipedia Administrative Society one day for having achieved such a prestigious achievement.^{[citation is urgently needed, but apparently it is hidden somewhere]}
